ONAWAY MOTOR SPEEDWAY
General Disclaimer The rules, regulations, procedures and information set forth herein are designed to provide for the orderly conduct of motor racing events and to establish the minimum acceptable requirements for such events. These rules shall govern the condition of all ONAWAY MOTOR SPEEDWAY events, and, by participating in these events; all members and all others are deemed to have complied with these rules. No expressed or implied warranty of safety shall result from the publication of, or the compliance with, these rules, regulations or procedures. They are intended as a guide for the conduct of the sport and are in no way a guarantee against injury and/or death to participants, spectators or all others.
Track officials shall be empowered to permit minor deviation from any of the specifications herein or impose any further restrictions that in his / her opinion do not alter the minimum acceptable requirements. NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM SUCH ALTERATION OF SPECIFICATIONS. Any interpretation or deviation of these rules is left to the discretion of the Track Officials. Their decision is final!! ONAWAY MOTOR SPEEDWAY, it's owners, management, promoters, and/or it's officials reserve the right to revoke racing privileges at any time and for any reason.
All equipment is subject to approval of track officials. Equipment will not be considered as having been approved by reason of having passed through inspection unobserved.
Every organization, to be successful, must have good rules and fair enforcement. We believe that the 2008 ONAWAY MOTOR SPEEDWAY rules, utilizing the combined contribution of drivers, owners and crew members, achieve the first set of these objectives; throughout the year, ONAWAY MOTOR SPEEDWAY Track Officials will use their best efforts to accomplish the second.
ONAWAY MOTOR SPEEDWAY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, DELETE, ADD TO, OR OMIT ANY RULES AS WE SEE FIT.
